Themain contradiction of things is the development of things, especially the powersource of the enterprise innovation, therefore, grasp the main contradiction in theprocess of enterprise technology innovation problems, and puts forwardcorresponding solutions to promote enterprise innovation has important practicaland guiding significance. Our country enterprise to the understanding of thetechnical innovation and carrying out is still of a lot of deficiencies, especially insolving contradictory problems in the process of technological innovation is theproblem, there is a lot of to be solved urgently did not form a complete set, asound solution to the conflict. On the one hand, the lack of detailed analysis ofthe causes and influencing factors of contradiction, on the one hand to solvecontradiction just stay on the qualitative analysis and the opinion and the policyguidance, the lack of the combination of qualitative and quantitative solution.To this end, this paper uses the thinking method of system analysis oftechnology innovation and contradictory, summarizes the related theory andresearch in motion. On the connotation and characteristics of technologicalinnovation and the contradiction of the connotation, features and causes ofconflicts in the process of technological innovation system is analyzed. On thisbasis this paper expounds the main content of the stages of technologicalinnovation and put forward the various stages of the principal contradiction. Putting forward to solve contradiction problems involved in the influence factors,to build a state of uncertainty attributes of decision rules, designed to solve theproblems of the contradiction between the combination of quantitative andqualitative function on the rules, and a famous enterprise in Beijing as anexample for empirical study.
