Study On The Development Of The Farmer Professional Cooperation Organization In Dongting Lake Area

China is a large agricultural country, to develop agricultural industrialization, speed up the sound and rapid development of the rural economy is the primary task of agricultural development. Currently, farmer proessional cooperative organizations is an important form of organization of the national agricultural development, is an important measure to promote agricultural development. In recent years, the municipal or county government in Dongting Lake Area, Hunan Province implement the central policy combined with the actual characteristics of each region’s rural economic development, and vigorously strengthen the construction of rural cooperative organizations, fully embodies the Dongting Lake area of rural specialized cooperative organizations of the development of specialized, and achieved fruitful results. Of course, there are some problems in the development process, such as the less the total amount of farmer professional cooperative organizations, small-scale, radiation driving ability is not strong, the farmers lack of dominant position within the organization is not standardized, government support regulatory system is not perfect, and human resources support scarcity. These issues objectively restricted the rapid development of rural cooperative organizations, and the urgent need to improve the system theory to crack and guidance.In this paper, the analysis of the type of development and experience of domestic and international rural specialized cooperative organizations, Dongting Lake Area, Hunan Province, for example, the overall development of the Dongting Lake area of farmer specialized cooperative organizations, the basic characteristics and development model of in-depth study, and summed up problems that have arisen in the course of its development and give constructive suggestions to promote the Dongting Lake area of farmer specialized cooperative organizations to think better and faster development.
