The Research On The Development Of Farmer Professional Cooperative Economic Organization In Taian

Farmer Professional Cooperative Economic Organization (FPCEO) is another organization innovation after the two-tier management system, which has stimulated the restructuring of agriculture and increased peasant's income, improved the level of peasant's systematization. However, this form of organization is still in its infancy, we should integrate it with actual conditions and study it deeply.FPCEO in Shandong province has paced the whole nation with rapid development in recent years. As a traditional agricultural city of ShanDong province, The Taian government had a rapid development in FPCEO with taking FPCEO as a strategic key for the development of the construction of the new socialist countryside. To having a grasp of the overall situation, the author studied the present status and future developments in FPCEO, collected the latest data through investigation and researches on the FPCEO in Taian. Then the data was compared with that of other provinces and cities. At last, the author put forward some constructive proposal.The thesis firstly clarifies the concept, connotations and features of FPCEO, and then the thesis is divided into four parts: the first part expounds the current stage and development trend of FPCEO in Taian, the position and function of FPCEO in rural economic construction. The second part conducts close analysis of typical cases of FPCEO. The third part is an analysis of the main problems and restraining factors in the development of FPCEO. The last part is some advice on quickening the development of FPCEO in Taian, such as: strengthening publicity work, FPCEO policies be conscientiously implemented, increasing the government's input in FPCEO, improving mechanisms of FPCEO, training specialized personnel.
