In today’s society, with the economy developing rapidly, the success or failure of the whole supply chain, to a greate extent, relys on if the enterprise partners can establish a good relationship or not. The relationship commitment of supply chain cooperantion partners, as an important factor influenting partners’relationship quality, whose level will eventually affect the relationship satisfaction of both sides, affect the cooperation coordination ability, and, further more, affect the overall perfomance of the whole supply chain.At present, the research on relationship commitment between supply chain partners mostly focuses on its influence on cooperation trust, information sharing and enterprises’ performance. There is little independent research on relationship commitment. So, for the purpose of helping the core enterprise accurately learning the relationship commitment level and carrying on incentive measures targetly, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of supply chain cooperation relationship commitment, and an incentive mechanism. Through the comprehensive evaluation of the commitment and the sensitivity analysis to evaluation results, finding the most effective way to improve the level of partner’s relationship commitment. At the same time, according to different level of commitment, offering the corresponding motivation measures and mechanisms, to keep the opportunism behavior of partners, and also for the purpose of motivating partners making more efforts to improve cooperation both sides of the gains. The main content of the paper as follows:First of all, through tracking the related theory literature about relationship commitment, summarizing out a systematical and comprehensive evaluation system of supply chain partner relationship commitment.In the light of the characteristics of the evaluation indexes, combining fuzzy measure, fuzzy integral and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, constructing a reasonable commitment evaluation model.Secondly, through analyzing the inflencing factors of different relationship commitment levels, putting forward different incentive measures, based on low, medium and high commitment level. Offering the optimal incentive degree to the cooperative partner through taking revenue incentive for example. In addition, with the evolutionary game theory, the default punishiment mechanism is given against the partners’opportunistic behavior.Finally, as the partners’commitment content of a coal mine machinery manufaturing enterprise R for example, in the way of questionnaire survey, data sorting, data summarizing, data analyzing and combining the above model, it’s concluded the relationship commitment level and the corresponding incentive suggestions of V4, one partner of enterprise R. The results of the experiment is fit into the factual data, meanwhile, the incentive model also realizes the core and partner enterprizes’income growth,which has verified the effectiveness of evaluation model and incentive model.
