With the steady growth of our social economy and the accelerating of urbanizationcomes into play, the real estate industry become the pillar industry, support national economicdevelopment has played a decisive role in the process of economic development.However, atpresent our country real estate market have appeared in the overheated investment, houseprices rose too fast, and many other issues, therefore, the country has adopted a series ofmarket regulation policies, to curb speculative real estate market demand, stable real estatemarket, promote the prices reasonable return.Like me, about the real estate industry in thenational macroeconomic regulation and control policies, take appropriate marketing strategy,the road to make a living, of all real estate developers need to be addressed at the presenttime.In this paper, on the basis of consulting a large number of literature, on the basis ofrelevant theories of marketing strategy, under the national macroeconomic regulation andcontrol are analyzed, the present situation of the Qingdao real estate market, and to "XX city"Qingdao real estate project as an example, analyzing the feasibility of "XX city" real estateprojects, and the project has carried on the SWOT analysis, so as to put forward the projectsales strategy.Real estate is a special kind of commodity, real estate marketing is an important branchof marketing, is an important part of the real estate business.Real estate marketing is throughthe real estate market exchange meet the demand of actual or potential real estatecomprehensive business sales activities.Under the current policy regulation real estatedevelopers should be targeted research marketing strategy, so that the project is in animpregnable position.
