Research Of Budget Management In IVD Enterprises Based On Project Management Methods

Adopting project management idea in overall budget management in IVD enterprises can effectively bring enterprises’research fee into project budget management scope, which helps enterprises to reduce operation risk and realizes the operation aim. This thesis is complying with the trend of budget project in financial management of IVD enterprises. It has research the necessary of take program management idea into financial budget, and also put forward real evidence research plan in IVD enterprise research budget management. This thesis is highlighted how to improve the budget management by taking advantage of program management, especially the implement and control of the research project expenses, which has realistic meaning to realize enterprises’whole financial budget target and progress strategy. From every country’s academic research results and business management practice, both academic field and business field have made deep research and application to project management and financial budget management. However, there was no theoretical research and real evidence research result combined together in project management and enterprises’financial budget management. This thesis attempted to discuss project management and budget management theory and extend in practical field when financial budget is gradually to be project trend in IVD enterprise budget management.The project management methods mainly used in this thesis are:literature survey, levels analysis, I-MR control chart and so on. It has made deep exploration on IVD enterprise program budget control management, and completed several researches as following:1. It gave research details and research methods by introducing the relative theory and development status of IVD project and enterprises’project budget control management;2. It analyzes the problems and shortages of research project budget management by study the trend of budget projective in financial management of Z company.3. It put forward the real evidence research plan and ERP system module image of project budget control management by analyzing the necessary and application scope and process of doing project budget control management of Z company.4. It put out application feedback and conclusion and put forward new questions and thinking of future work by introduction of Z company background, combination of the2009-2012whole years and the first-half year research budget and detailed expenses date of Z company, projecting budget control management and application from budget’s formation, transmit, project control management.This thesis is a trial research of combining budget management and project management in IVD enterprises. It has certain theoretical meaning to improve overall budget management and enrich financial budget management and project management. It has profound and lasting practical meaning to advance operating management of IVD enterprises, realize the maximization of enterprises profit and strategy development.
