The Institutional Analysis And Measure Research On Inclusive Finance

Since the concept of Inclusive Finance was proposed at the UN General Assembly in2005,the concept and practice progress very quickly with rich connotation and extended coverage. Inclusive Finance grew up originally as micro credit. Through the micro finance development stage, it finally becomes a comprehensive inclusive financial. Diversified financial service system has been formed, including savings, insurance, credit and payment. It plays an important role in relieving the poor and improving the efficiency of resource allocation and social welfare。With the rapid development of China’s financial system, more people pay attention to the concept of Inclusive Finance. In the report some important problems on comprehensively deepen reform decision, the Third Plenary Session of the eighteen proposed the development of Inclusive Finance, In order to let more people enjoy the financial service and better support the development of the real economy. Therefore, research on Inclusive Finance will develop and deepen itself.Firstly, this paper explains the connotation of Inclusive Finance and the development of Inclusive Finance, combined with the related literature review. Then, this paper provides theoretical support from the development perspective of Inclusive Financial institution, and argues that justice is the essence of the formation of Inclusive Financial institutional requirement. This paper also argues the practical feasibility of sustainable development of Inclusive Financial institution. Then, through the selection of relevant indicators, this paper uses factor analysis method to measure the financial inclusion degree of different provinces in our country. This paper analysis the influence factors on inclusive financial index, inclue the social factors and financial factors. At last, on the basis of comprehensive analysis, this paper puts forward specific policy recommendations, while taking system basis and influence as the starting point,.
