After the reform and opening up, with the establishment and perfection of the socialistmarket economy system, the traditional planned economy and adapt to the social insurancesystem has experienced a series of profound change. Among them, the old-age insurance ofenterprise employees social insurance is the insurance system in the most perfect system, amaximum of insurance. The basic goal of corporate pension insurance for "security", namelyfor the participants to provide to ensure their basic living in pension after retirement; high levelgoals as "worthiness, happily", namely the enterprise retirees can continue to participate insocial life in retirement, enjoy the rich spiritual life, get better health care, it is to carry out themanagement of social enterprise retiree purpose. At present, our country enterprise retireesocialization management service work, due to various reasons, most areas only carried outpensions, receive the certification work, has the management contents of a single service,manpower, material and financial resources, management and service work with is not in placeand so on, seriously affected the work of service socialization management comprehensivedevelopment, affecting the quality of life of retired personnel to improve. In this paper, takingLaiwu city as an example, both at home and abroad, socialized management and serviceexperience, study of countermeasures and suggestions for promoting enterprise retireesocialization management service work, to help promote the socialized management and servicefor enterprise retirees.The full text is divided into5parts.The first part is an introduction, mainly analyzes and explains the importance of servicesocialization management of enterprise retirees, and through the analysis of enterprise retireesocialization management service research paper, and points out the important theoretical valueto study on service socialization management for enterprise retirees and realistic significance.The second part of the thesis, mainly expounds the concept of socialized management andservice for retirees from enterprises, and social service management for enterprise retireestheory, on this basis, it further analyzes the necessity, our country enterprise retiree socializationmanagement service of the basic content and the problems and reasons.The third part of the thesis, it mainly introduces and analyzes the social welfare system in the developed countries such as the Dutch and the present situation, the advanced experience ofretiree socialization management service and the domestic Lanzhou, Zibo and other places ofthe enterprise, and points out the important enlightenment of the experience to our countryenterprise retirees socialized management and service development.The fourth part of the paper, is an empirical study of Laiwu enterprise retiree socializationmanagement service situation, analyzes Laiwu city enterprise retiree socialization managementservice status and innovative practices, and the Laiwu city enterprise pension problems and thereasons for the community management staff service was analyzed.The fifth part of the thesis, according to the national enterprise retiree socializationmanagement service status and problems, reference and referring to the domestic and foreignenterprise retiree socialization management service of advanced experience, puts forward thesound and the countermeasures and suggestions of retiree socialization management service ofperfecting enterprise.
