This paper took China’s Non-State-0wned Automotive enterprise as its researchobject,analyzed internationalization Strategy for China’s non-state owned automotiveenterprise.With economy globalization, enterprises in different country have chosenthe international development road.The non-state owned automotive enterprises of ourcountry also focused on foreign markets,Gradually exploring internationaldevelopment road and expanding international market share.Therefore,whether fromdomestic or foreign country,it has practical significance to researchinternationalization Strategy for non-state owned automotive enterprise of our country.Firstly,this paper discussed the research background,significance,methods,main contentand technology roadmap.Secondly,summarized the relevant theory of internationalizationstrategy,and also defined the related concepts,reviewed internationalization strategy theoryand the non-state automotive enterprise strategy.On this basis, it summed up the basictypes of internationalization strategy,preparing for the internationalization strategy ofchina’s non-state automotive enterprise Subsequently,described the current situationof China’s non-state automotive enterprise,and the motivation to expand internationalmarket as follows:One is to expand the market to gain more profits, another is toallocate resources to more productive uses.This paper also analyzed the environmentof the internationalization strategy of china non-state automotive enterprise from bothmacro-and-micro-aspects.The macro environment includes economic,social,politicaland technological environment.Micro environment, includes competitors, substitutes,consumers, suppliers and dealers.After that, made a SWOT analysis of theinternational venture of China’s Non-State-0wned Automotive enterprise.On the basisof foregoing narrative,it started core parts of this paper,discussing Key problemsabout the choice of internationalization strategy of china’s non-state automotiveenterprise.Analyzing the strategy choice factors and strategic choice method,andformulating internationalization strategy of china’s non-state owned automotiveenterprise.Finally, We took jili Automotive company and chang cheng automotivecompany internationalization strategy as a case for comparison and analysis,researching the two company’s internationalization strategy.At the end of this paper,made generalizations for the entire paper.This paper has some reference value to the formulation and implementation ofinternationalization strategy of china’s non-state owned automotive enterprise...
