Risk Management Based On Internal Control Of China Mobile Communication Company In Jilin Province

As the current international economic environment becomes complex,expanding the scale of the enterprise, the enterprise environment faced by more andmore changeable, enterprises of all kinds of risk factors is changing and increasing.Therefore, through the new method to study a set of effective internal control systembecomes the inevitable requirement of enterprise development. The construction ofinternal control system of comprehensive risk management for the enterpriseprovides a path to support. Based on the above reasons, in order to provide the innerpower of overall corporate risk management as a research starting point, through theintroduction of the internal control management system and the more systematicstudy on the risk management.This paper selected the agricultural bank of China Harbin city branch as theresearch object, in accordance with the "problem put forward, and the analysis of aproblem solving" train of thought. First of all, in the introduction introduces theresearch background and significance, and explains the research methods and presentstatus of the subject. Second, the COSO report on the basic theory of internal controland risk management are analyzed. From the perspective of the novel, this study putemphasis on the enterprise’s overall risk management and internal controlmanagement. At the same time, the agricultural bank of China Harbin city branchcurrent situation of internal control and risk analysis, points out the main problems atpresent. Finally, on how to establish the agricultural bank of China Harbin citybranch internal control system is analyzed, puts forward some correspondingcountermeasures. This study adopts the method of combining qualitative andquantitative, at the same time through on-the-spot investigation is analyzed, theresult of the questionnaire investigation and expert consultation, collectivediscussion, statistics, management on the basis of the internal control table, thedesign of comprehensive risk management system framework to standardizedmanagement, and establish the internal control system construction scheme design of a comprehensive internal control system. City branch of agricultural bank of ChinaHarbin can better with their own scale, characteristics, the internal and externaleconomic environment, the enterprise combination of history environment and themanagement goal, the comprehensive risk management at the same time, for theagricultural bank of China Harbin branch city to build a good internal control system,and finally can deal with risks as early as possible. After this research, we will knowmore about internal control from several aspects, based on the internal control toimprove the comprehensive risk management.
