Due to the increasing demand of our country medicine in recent years,pharmaceutical logistics industry is facing great opportunities and challenges,pharmaceutical distribution problem as the key part of pharmaceutical logistics havealso been paid more and more attention. Today, the Medical logistics enterprises’competition is increasingly fierce, how to build efficient pharmaceutical logisticsdistribution network and design the rational o vehicle distribution route are of greattheoretical and practical significance for pharmaceutical logistics enterprises to reducethe distribution costs, save delivery time, improve service quality and increaseoperating efficiency. A Jilin Pharmaceutical Logistics Ltd. as a company whosedistribution network covering95%of the province’s three hospitals,85%ofsecondary level hospitals units, delivery personnel rely on personal experience toarrange delivery of the vehicle transport path has been unable to meet thedevelopment needs of the company, through the use of scientific method andreasonable arrangements for logistics and distribution companies in the vehicle is animportant issue facing enterprises.Based on the above background, this paper takes Jilin province A pharmaceuticallogistics co., LTD., as the research object, combined with the research achievementsof domestic and international logistics distribution path optimization, we studied forthe company’s distribution route optimization problem. First of all, this paper brieflyintroduces the pharmaceutical logistics and vehicle routing problem related theory;Secondly, we analyzed about the present situation of the company’s distribution, Inallusion to the problem of the vehicle route choice is not scientific, We haveestablished the same start and end points velodrome, non-loaded, time windowconstraints VRP model. The objective of the optimization model is to minimize thecost of transport; its capacity constraints are customer needs, service and deliverytime requirements of the vehicle. Again, through analysis and comparison of thevarious algorithm principle, characteristics and operation steps, we determine to usethe improved saving algorithm to solve the concrete model. Finally, using theMATLAB software tool based on improved saving algorithm for the distribution lineoptimal solution of A Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Changchun, Jilin Province, Bycomparing before and after the optimization of distribution line scheme, we found that the optimized distribution scheme can reduce the distribution range and save thedelivery time, to a certain extent, improve the economic benefits of enterprises; wealso verified the feasibility of the algorithm and actual application value.
