With the quick development of the real estate, the furniture industry has becomeone of the fast developed industries. Logistics is an important part of it, includingstorage, package, transportation and other series of moves. It not only connect withthe enterprise closely, but also have an impact on the satisfaction of customers and thestatue of the enterprise through the direct contact with customers. Some of them haveto face to the non-raise interest, what’s more is that some of them has to quit thisindustry. At the same time, how to raise the competitiveness of the enterprise by cutthe operating costs has become emphasized more and more by the managers. To reachthe target of keep the cost low by making the transportation system more efficiency isa hot point in this industry. The cost of delivery of furniture is higher than others,because they are always in big size and low value. It makes the delivery costoccupying a big part the total cost. So the analysis of VRP in this industry makesmore sense than others.VRP works very well in cutting costs of logistics. The saving algorithm is beingused in solving the VRP, because it is simple and easy to use widely. It will cut thecost effectively by building a scientific system of transportation. The advantage ofsaving algorithm is convenient and easy to use. But the restrictive conditions are lessthan the ordinary method. So improving the saving algorithm by adding relevantrestrictive conditions will make it more compatible with the reality. That will highlyimprove the efficiency of the enterprise. In the modeling of the furniture industry VRP,the saving algorithm is being improved. Combining the problems of delivery ofcorporation S in the place of Hangzhou, the feasibility is being practiced. And theproblem of high cost of delivery and the low degree of satisfaction would be solved.Combining saving algorithm and time window provide a new method to research tosolve VRP. To analysis the problems in solving it practically makes the research moreclose to the reality.
