This report introduces customer satisfaction survey project process about company S, including the actually survey design, questionnaire design, data quality control, and statistical model application, otherwise, in the perspective of using, purchase, update products, we analyze the dealers and after-sales service, even user preference, then, we tries to put forward competitive factors. Through a structural equation model, this paper verified product service factor affects the user satisfaction.Consumer satisfaction research contains the user’s evaluate of product performance, quality, sales, service and after sales service, In the real case research we use quadrifid graph to analysis performance indicators, list the above parts of competitive advantage, at the end of the paper, we provide the effective large sample database, with the purpose of pushing service information and assessing of the company service. |
