The Study On Interaction Relationship Between New Urbanization And Economic Development Of Hebei Province

In recent years, along with the advancement of urbanization in Hebei province, the levelof economic development and social life has improved obviously. To solve the problemsemerged in the process of urbanization in China, the central put forward transforming themode of city development timely and advance the "new type of urbanization". Comparingwith the traditional urbanization, the biggest characteristic of new urbanization is"people-oriented", centering on enhancing the city’s cultural atmosphere and public servicesuch as the connotations, building the real high quality suitable place for living. Therefore,under the background of promoting the construction of new type of urbanization, how toachieve the coordinated development of economy and society, mutual promotion and win-winresults is a problem worth thinking about.Drawing the research achievements of previous scholars and by means of analyzing thenew type of urbanization and related theories of economic development, this paper firstlyanalyzes the present situation of new urbanization and economic development in Hebeiprovince by using the descriptive statistics,secondly, from the perspective of econometrics,this paper selects the representative indicators of the four sorts of new urbanization andeconomic development, using co-integration analysis and granger causality test, impulseresponse function method for the empirical analysis of effects with respect to urbanization oneconomic growth in Hebei province, the empirical results show that there is long-term stableequilibrium relationship between the urbanization rate and real GDP per capita, proportion ofnon-agricultural industries output value, total employment in the whole society, urban andrural residents per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents and per capitaconsumption spending. the development of the urbanization has promoted the economicgrowth, optimized industrial structure, increased employment and improved the positive roleof residents’ quality of life. In addition, the urbanization rate is set up respectively with threeemployment proportion of industry and urban and rural residents engel’s coefficient ofregression model, the results indicate that the development of urbanization in Hebei provinceis able to improve the employment and residents’ consumption structure. Finally, based on building a new type of urbanization and economic development of the comprehensiveevaluation index system, we use the factor analysis method to measure the two compositeindex score, from the angle of the relative level of development to reveal their law ofdevelopment, according to the coordinated development degree model, to analyze thecoordinated development of both at the same time, by using exponential smoothing model wetry to make a reasonable forecast for the situation of the coordinated development in a fewyears, the empirical results show that the relative levels of the new type of urbanization andeconomic development in Hebei province increase year by year, and the coordinateddevelopment of ability is becoming better. Aiming at the conclusion of quantitative analysisand the actual development situation in Hebei province, we finally put forward the newurbanization construction policy recommendations to promote the development of theeconomy.
