The development of the world economy in the course of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises occupy an important position, and through the standardization of the small and medium-sized enterprise level and sustainable development is the most important task of national economic development. Since the reform and opening up, China’s small and medium enterprises such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain, produce, develop and expand, promoted economic development, for China to solve in the process of industrial structure adjustment the reasonable configuration problem, economic diversification development problem. But as a result of the history, system, policy and other factors, China’s small and medium enterprises development still exist many disadvantages in the development of our country economy, to speed up the pace at the same time, can not meet the requirements of the development. In order to make the small and medium-sized enterprise sustained and balanced development, relevant state departments have adopted a series of measures, planning, introduced the" law on promoting medium and small enterprises". With the advent of the2012, the European debt crisis, labor shortage, inflation, raw material prices continue to wait for a problem one one is placed in front of smes. Therefore the Chinese government in February issued in favor of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises tax policy, assistance policy and "925" the growth of small and medium enterprises planning. Under this background, China’s small and medium enterprises in the standardization of the internal and external environment to be rectified and improved, so that the overall level of continuous improvement, will be out of the development of Chinese medium and small businesses of the new chapter.In this paper, standardized to enhance the level of Chinese SMEs. research backgrounddescribes the history of the development of the importance of small and medium enterprises as well as small and medium enterprises in China and the Chinese government over the years to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises invested.The significance of the topic from an economic point of view that the survival and development of SMEs in China there the macro market failure, Enterprise Game vicious competition, and lower operational efficiency of enterprises, low innovationcapacity, these leads currentlystandardization aspects of the external environment, including the Chinese SMEs there is a more serious problem of this research project, pointed out that the strategic importance of standardization to enhance the level of Chinese SMEs. In this paper, the specification analysis, statistical analysis and comparative analysis of a combination of methods, and game theory analysis and other research methods. Theory of Chinese SMEs in the standardization of the Chinese SMEs standardized connotation, from six areas of the external environment and internal environment defined. The status quo of Chinese small and medium enterprises, the characteristics and the presence of non-standard problems, clarify direction and potential development of Chinese SMEs in standardization, and the importance of economic development in China. Comparison of the internal and external environment in the United States, Japan and the European Union, SMEs standardized policies and practices. Furthermore,the paper proposes the standardization of ideas and iiicihoda to enhance thelevel of SMEs in China. SMEs in China’s recent development objectives are:has a huge development potential, have a good development environment, has a strong ability to innovate, has first-class management level, with the normal business operations with the survival, development, growth, sustainable development the ability to achieve greater social value. This paper concludes that, to achieve the the recent development goals, China’s SMEs must enter standardized development environment.
