The Statistical Analysis For NRCMC Funds In Undeveloped Districts

The Chinese New Rural Cooperative Medical Care (in short ’NRCMC’) is organized by the government, which is a mutual redress medical security scheme giving priority to medical treatment of a serious illness, and is funded by individual, government and collective. Due to the imbalance of the Chinese economic development, there are some fund operation problems, which include limited fund, unreasonable compensation scheme,excessive fund balances and so on,going against NRCMC in undeveloped districts. This paper researchs the fund operation data of the NRCMC from2007to2012in Yongtai county, Fujian, and try to explore ways of scientific management and decision-making in undeveloped districts.This paper combines case analysis and theoretical demonstration to analyze the NRCMC fund of the Yongtai county. We will analysis the distribution of the number of reimbursement and the distribution of reimbursement charges from different angles, including towns, age, period, for the NRCMC fund from2007to2012in YongTai county. Then, we also predict the operation of the NRCMC fund in2013. Finally, according to the results we provide improvement scheme and suggestions for NRCMC fund in Yongtai county, and look forward to provide reference for NRCMC manager in other regions.
