The Research On Co-movement Between China Economic Fluctuations And World Business Cycle

With the rapid development of international capital flows and international trade,etc,the economy relationship is more and more closely between the countries andregions in the world. The Nationals business cycle also gradually shows thecharacteristics of transmission and influence each other, one of the most obviousphenomenon is co-movement.Under the background of world economic integration,China’s economy isgrowing rapidly, the comprehensive national strength increasing, but its economic hasalso been gradually strengthened influenced by the world business cycle. So thisarticle focuses on co-movement researchment between China’s economic cycle andthe important economic countries in the world (include United States, Germany,Japan, Brazil, Russia, India, Australia, South Africa). This paper expounds theeconomic fluctuations in the transmission channel and mechanism between countries, then take China’s actual situation into account. From the intensity of trade, foreigndirect investment, industrial structure and business cycle co-movement four aspects toestablish business cycle co-movement transduction factor index system. researchingon the relationship between the countries through the establishment of panel datamodel. Under the condition of economic globalization, discussed the main conductionfactors and difference influence degree between China and the research samples in thebusiness cycle of co-movement. The results show that the relationship of economyco-movement exist in the Chinese economy and other countries in general, mainlydirectly passing through two channels which are bilateral trade channel and bilateralinvestment channel between countries, and the similarity of industrial structure is notvery important factors in the process of co-movement between China and othercountries.Finally, aiming at how to defense or avoid the impact of the world economicfluctuations, we put forward some policy advice about strengthen international policycoordination, expand the domestic market, optimizing industrial structure, optimizingthe structure of export markets and so on.
