Research On China’s Social Security Fund Investment Operation Risk Prevention

Social security fund investment operation plays an important role in the development ofa country’s social security system construction and economy as a whole. In recent years,although our country’s social security fund management work has made great progress,China’s social security fund investment operations in the pursuit of the value of the target atthe same time also faced with enormous pressure. In2008the global financial crisis hasbrought the huge impact to the world economy, caused great influence on the development ofChina’s social security. At the same time, China’s growing population aging problem and theimpact of inflation also increased the funding gap of social security fund in our country.However, with the increase of various investment tools, social insurance fund investmentoperation increase, high returns must be accompanied by high risk, it presents new challengesto China’s social security fund investment operation risk management problems. Therefore,establish a reasonable and effective social security fund investment operation risk preventionmechanism is very important and urgency of reality.At first, this paper expounds the current situation of our country in recent years, thesocial security fund investment operation and existing in China’s social security fundinvestment operation risk, and to our country social security fund investment operation riskprevention existing problems are analyzed; Then combining with the social security fundinvestment operation risk prevention of foreign experience and enlightenment to our country;On this basis, the paper proposes some feasible countermeasures and suggestions from threeaspects of the social security fund investment risk internal control, external control andsupervision system, in order to promote the development of China’s social security fundinvestment operation risk management.
