A Tendency of the Children Theme Park development is fusion of NewTechnology, Culture, Media, Comic and Animation, Entertainment and FamilyRelation as well as fulfilling the family entertainment and parent social and marketingrequirements. As a joint venture programmer of Golden Eagle Cartoon (Under HunanMedia and TV) and FOXCONN Technology Group, Changsha Hi-Fly Theme Park ispositioned as a high-end inner family entertainment centre and parentscommunication base, to make the brand image of Hi-Fly as a "World of Children".This dissertation analyzes and studies the current situation and futuredevelopment of the Children Theme Parks in the world; it gives an exploration of theproblems occurring in the China Children Themes Parks. By auditing the marketenvironments and both macro and micro condition and adopting PENTS, Five Forcesmodel and SWOT as the tools, this essay explains the marketing strategy and tacticsof the Changsha Hi-Fly Theme Park. It also expounds the marketing segmenting,targeting and positioning, and draws up the marketing plan by experience design,experience implement and management. Finally, it explains the planning, organization,action and control of the Changsha Hi-Fly Theme Park marketing plan.The research system and methods of the paper is very useful to set the marketingplan of the Changsha Hi-Fly Theme Park.And the conclusion is a valuable referenceto study the Marketing Strategy of the Changsha Hi-Fly Theme Park....
