In recent years, along with the rapid development of global economic integration,supply chain finance is a financial business in commercial banks in order to meet theenterprise supply chain management. They want to solve the credit financingproblems for small and medium-sized enterprise. So the enterprises can make betteroperational, capital operation and banks can get the new profit growth point and thethird party-logistics enterprise can seek more business opportunities. Thus thecommercial banks、the supply chain and logistics enterprises can achieve the tripartitewin-win situation.After joining the WTO, the competition among commercial banks is not onlyamong the domestic business, international business competition is also fierce.Commercial bank has been seeking new profit growth point and exploring to expandthe scale of small and medium-sized enterprise and the road of services. As thispaper’s breakthrough point, this paper mainly sees the domestic supply chain financeas the background and analyzes the practice case of international supply chain finance.This paper summarizes the theoretical framework respectively from the internationalsupply chain finance running conditions, operational patterns and risk control thisthree aspects.International supply chain finance based on the international industrial chain, iscentering on the core enterprise. This paper provides financial services that containvarious products for the core enterprise and its upstream and downstream enterprises.The financial services greatly reduces the risk of financial institutions funds, broadensthe business, enhances the profit growth point and enhances the innovation ability.Therefore, for the domestic banks who want to try to broaden the business, this is avery good reference. In addition, international supply chain finance can solve thefinancing difficulty for small and medium-sized enterprises under the internationaltrade very well and it can make good effect for the promotion of the competitivenessof the economy in China and the overall strength of the supply chain. This paper describes the meaning and advantage of the supply chain finance inthe beginning. It mainly analyzes the motives of the main body who supply chainfinance business in the international trade, based on the status of domestic supplychain finance. And it describes the platform、 policy and legal environment thatinternational supply chain finance must have. This paper research the patterns andprocesses that supply chain finance uses in the international trade and it summarizesthe risks that enterprises meet in the supply of international supply chain finance. Onthe basis of theoretical analysis, this paper combines the theory and practice andprovides three cases. It analyses the theory in the business and organization parts. Atlast, this paper provides recommendations for enterprises to make better internationalsupply chain finance business and provides an innovative credit assessment system.
