E-commerce Occupational Classification System Construction

With the popularization of information technology to improve people’s living standards, China’s e-commerce industry is developing rapidly expanding industrial scale, escalating industrial system are clear to the pace of development of e-commerce industry has become the fastest growing industries of the national economy one.《Several Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the development of electronic commerce》(Guo Ban Fa [2005] No.2), it is stated that" fully understand the important role of e-commerce for economic and social development, and vigorously promote e-commerce applications, fully formed conducive to the development of e-commerce support system." this is undoubtedly the development of e-commerce industry, inspiring, facing such a good opportunity that we should seize the opportunity to enhance the status and role of the industry in the national economy, e-commerce industry.E-commerce development and brought a number of fast-growing working population, large numbers of emerging career, destroyed the original occupation order, but also to the e-commerce market has brought confusion, the existing " People’s Republic of China Occupational Classification ceremony" enacted in1999, subject to its industrial structure is divided by occupation system, instead of the industry’s integrity ethnic-style construction, resulting in a " ceremony" very little about the e-commerce industry in professional, basically in a non-exam point, which also led to the e-commerce industry is not well adapted to needs of the labor resource management and economic management, to a certain extent, also the shackles of the further development and growth of e-commerce, e-commerce industry need to establish a job classification system. Based on this, the first author on the current situation of e-commerce industry professional understanding and conduct research, and through the comparative analysis carried out earlier on job classification, relatively mature several Western countries have been studied, but based on our country, on the other similar occupational classification industry doing research, summarize and sort through, and ultimately try to build our e-commerce occupational classification system:First, the meaning of the e-commerce career defines discuss the basic theory of occupational classification, dividing the range of e-commerce industry practitioners, and ultimately decided to e-commerce system is divided into a business professional occupations, technical occupations and career management service class III categories, from three aspects, build job classification system.Then, because the relatively small occupational classification for e-commerce related research, I read a lot of literature on the basis of the decision statistics and comparative analysis of e-commerce professional to conduct research by sampling the data set to master the status of e-commerce posts, and follow the " ceremony" classification methods and principles. And in order to enrich research methods and theories, the author of occupational classification developed relatively mature U.S., Canada, Japan and other countries were studied occupational classification, and learn to e-commerce professional category.Finally, a comprehensive foreign related research, explore career into a business class e-commerce, technology, and management services category class of three parts, again built e-commerce on the basis of occupational classification system directory, and try to adjust to the job classification of e-commerce and the national Occupational Classification work put forward their own proposals.
