Abstract/Summary:
As the progress of the Internet technology at a high speed, e-commerce especially e-commerce service industry has achieved a new leap forward and qualitative sublimation in about recent 2 decades, which not only has promoted our national economy, but also has offered a platform for elevating the living standards of people and has been in favor of solving the employment problem. For e-commerce service industry has played an increasing significant role in national economy improvement, it is vital to guide the development of e-commerce service properly, effectively and normatively. In general, the advancement of e-commerce service industry requires relevant technology, equipment, professionals and ancillary services to serve as supports in the industry. In these supports, the factor of professionals is crucial, as it has made a big difference to technology breakthroughs and new services initiation, which has been attached great importance to professional cultivation in e-commerce service industry by governments during propelling the progress of e-commerce. However, there is an acute contradiction between the cultivation of professionals and enterprises demand in e-commerce service industry, which manifests that the aim of professional cultivation in e-commerce major in colleges mismatches with various demands of society, and that further the graduate students who major in e-commerce cannot meet the practical requirements in society. And the source of giving rise to the problem is lacking in an effective occupational classification system in e-commerce service industry to instruct the relevant professional cultivation in colleges.To solve the problem mentioned previous, this thesis mainly focuses on the following researches.(1) In Chapter 1 and 2, in accordance with the background of e-commerce service industry progress and the previous researches of other authors, the author presents relevant conceptual framework and literature review, which include define of e-commerce, e-commerce service industry, occupation, occupational classification, occupational classification of e-commerce service industry and industry structure, and literature review on occupational classification of e-commerce service industry and industry structure.(2) In Chapter 3, the author analyzes the industry structure and its businesses layout, features of the industry distribution, rules of development of the industry.(3) In Chapter 4, the author expounds the origin, evolution, motivation and features of the industry positions, conducts online survey and statistics of jobs distribution in e-commerce service industry to find out the status of the professionals demand, illuminates the influence factors of the position distribution in the industry and the relationships between positions distribution and industry structure.(4) In Chapter 5, the author puts forward the gist for occupational classification of e-commerce service industry, elucidates the characteristics of occupational classification based on the preceding analysis of status and rules of the position in the industry, conducts the occupational classification of the industry scientifically and reasonably. In the thesis, the system of occupational classification composes code and specific positions in the e-commerce service industry; the system of the code is ranked according to the levels of all positions orderly; the occupational system is constituted of the occupations which are investigated and collected online based on industrial layout structure and other theories; subsequently the author presents the rationality of the bases and methods applied in the occupational classification system of e-commerce service industry. In addition, the author also presents the differences between occupational classification method of e-commerce service industry and other methods, and further analyzes the influence of the occupational classification system on the whole e-commerce service industry.(5) In Chapter 6, the author summarizes the whole researches, puts forward to the deficiency of the thesis and further places hopes of the direction of this issue in future.In this thesis, the author firstly is in the light of businesses structure layout of e-commerce service industry and traditionally occupational classification methods to construct the basic frame of occupational classification system of e-commerce service industry. Then the author conducts online investigation and statistic on demanding status of professionals in the e-commerce service industry to find out the professional demanding in a specific job of enterprises. Subsequently, through summarizing, abstracting, elevating and inducing those specific positions into universally ones, the author categorizes them into the specific category of occupational framework system by set-in-right-position rules. At last, sort and code those positions sequentially based on position names arranged in the order of a to z in concrete category, thus to construct a consummate and updatable occupational classification system of e-commerce service industry.The occupational classification system of the e-commerce service industry learns other methods of occupational classification system with distinctive occupational as well as possesses its innovative features, which is conducted in line with the single industry, and will remarkably guide the professional cultivation and development in this whole industry. The system is dynamically and maneuverability, which can act as a reference for setting positions scientifically in the e-commerce service industry, for providing motivation of human resources in the industry, for making a proper project on demanding professionals for human resources department, for further reforming the current vocational education system of e-commerce for education sector of our country, and also for offering valuable guidance for occupational classification and professional cultivation in other industry.
