The Internet, in recent years, gradually walks into people’s life, leading to therapid growth of Internet users, which makes B2C electronic commerce meet itsbright spring. Thereafter, Great deals of electronic business websites are founded.And because of its great benefits, many traditional production or circulationenterprises incline to build the B2C platforms, which offer a more powerfuldevelopment promotion objectively. B2C business has become one of the beston-line shopping platforms, for its convenience and its24-hour serving model. Themajority of net citizens have accepted this and pursued its popularity. Although theselling quantity and consumer scale are impressive, an amount of B2C businesswebsites’ profit model, in China, is unsustainable. Thereby, in order to obtaincompetitive advantage, taking the opportunity of booming market, establishing ascientific reasonable and sustainable profit model, are significant and urgent issues.This article researches the features and regulations of B2C business profitdevelopment model, and explores its the scientific foundation, exampled by“VANCL” with analysis tools of SWOT, Five Strength Model and STP.Profit is always one of the basic goals of enterprises, no matter what profitmodels a company adopts. Many current academic studies about business modelhave explained and demonstrated around this topic, which pointed out that goodprofit models are the basis of interest, which is the description and analysis of themodel conceptualization. Moreover, the profit model is the fundamental way forcompanies to get benefits. Therefore, the concept of business model is equal to profitmodel in following content.This article is to explore the profit model which adapts to our nation’selectronic commerce websites, on the foundation of analyzing the profit modelconcepts, its elements and the classification of B2C business platform. And bycombing the characters of B2C business websites in our country, the profit model of“VANCL” will be in-depth analyzed, with the assistance of the theoretical researchtools, such as SWOT analyzed model, comparative research and product market segments. Hence, some of the development problems occurred on present stage ofour countries will be summarized, accompanied by improvement advises. Thisarticle will optimize the profit model of enterprises, suggesting them rearrangeresources and actions on their powerful place which will bring more opportunities,and making their strategies clear to achieve the final goal---profit.It’s evident that profit models are important for the operation of enterprise. Theauthor, through the revelation of the profit model of B2C business and itsmanagement regulations, expects to provide some experience and reference for thenewborn e-commerce businesses enterprises.
