Based on this environment, the central government is now pay more to thecirculation of agricultural products,especially to the fresh fruits and vegetables,which isnow listed as one of the specific problems to be solved about agriculture, rural areas andfarmers problems. With the improvement of people’s living standard, the demand of freshfruits and vegetables increases at the same time.However, this attendancy does not directlysolve the problem between production and consumption. The contradiction makes thechannels of fresh fruits and vegetables as the key point. Taking a more safe and efficientcirculation of channels to guarantee the system and controlling the risks has become animportant issue of the current agricultural production practices.This paper refers to such subjects: management, economics, accounting, logistics,other related disciplines of knowledge, the integrated use of qualitative and quantitativemethods of analysis, comparison analysis method, the newsboy model. The efficiency ofchannels of fresh fruits and vegetables,including its risks, are studied. Based on thenewsboy model,it provides an appropriate operation method, in order to achieve thepurpose of the risk identification and control the risk.The paper can be divided into seven chapters,including such parts:Chapter one, through research and analysis of the realistic problems,illustrating thepurpose and significance of the study to architecture full logical framework and provideappropriate research methods, etc. Through the literature reading,give a brief evaluation onthe related research results.Chapter two,based on the analysis of related theories, the concept of fresh fruits andvegetables and fresh fruits and vegetables channels for agriculte become more clear. Dueto fresh agricultural products technology, restricted by some factors such as facilities andtransportation, fresh fruits and vegetables thus has a strong physical proprietary features.Sotraditional distributed management and transportation is not conducive to improve thequality of the circulation efficiency and storage of fresh fruits and vegetables.By using "ricardian rents theory,it becomes more clear that channel integration and flatteningdevelopment plays an important role in theory significance and practical significance torelated further study.Chapter three,according to some examples in chongqing,we can sort out each kind ofchannel mode of fresh vegetables and fruits. With the aid of channel flow efficiencyevaluation model,after carrying on comparative analysis to several channel models,we canrealize that channel mode of fresh vegetables and fruits with leading enterprises isoptimal.Results of the analysis illustrate that fresh fruits and vegetables industry should bereferred to the resource integration, information sharing, complementary aspects ofdevelopment and that the importance of the existence of leading enterprises to optimizechannels of fresh fruits and vegetables, increase the speed of information transfer, reducethe significance of node conflict, etc.Chapter four, understanding of channel mode is not only based on the circulationefficiency,but also on the angle obout risk, only in this way can we maximize thedisadvantages. Based on leading enterprises,with the help of the newsboy model,the papercarrys on the comprehensive evaluation about the related factors which affect the risk offresh fruits and vegetables channels,twenty-one tertiary evaluation index included,andprovides a new method of evaluation about the risk of regional market channels of freshfruits and vegetables.Chapter five, Newsboy model research results has its unique characteristics.
