How Does The Agricultural Industrialization Consortium Promote The Connection Between Farmers And The Market?

In 2021,the No.1 Central Document proposes to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and industrial revitalization is the foundation.In recent years,Chinese agricultural industrialization has developed rapidly,the strength of new agricultural business entities has continued to increase,the organization of agricultural industrialization has continued to innovate,and the interest linkage mechanism has become more complete.The agricultural industrialization consortium is formed through spontaneous exploration in the practice of my country’s agricultural industrialization.It promotes the connection between farmers and the market and conducts industrialized production,which represents the further innovation of the organization of agricultural industrialization.The consortium is an alliance of agricultural management organizations led by leading enterprises,cooperatives as service links,family farms and large professional households as production bases,and each entity operates independently,assists and cooperates,and through specialized division of labor,innovates the benefit connection mechanism.After the industrial organization model of the agricultural industrialization consortium was promoted and constructed in Anhui and other places,the effect of driving farmers to increase income was outstanding,but it also faced the problems of loose internal connections,slow development and lack of standardized construction.Combining with the development of the agricultural industrialization consortium at this stage,this article takes the Shichang Agricultural industrialization consortium in Feidong County,An Hui as a case,analyzes the problems in the operation of the consortium through field investigation and research,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the development and construction of the consortium.This paper applies the method of case analysis to conduct an in-depth study on the operation mechanism of the Shichang Agricultural industrialization consortium in Feidong County and the effect of promoting the development of farmers.The study found that the consortium operates through organizational governance mechanism,production service mechanism,risk sharing mechanism,and benefit linkage mechanism.The consortium rationally allocates agricultural industrialization production factors through bilateral governance mechanisms and deepens the division of production expertise.,Strengthen the cooperative relationship of agricultural business entities to share the dual risks of agricultural production and operation,use brand building to carry out industrial standardization and professional production,and realize the improvement of the economic,social and ecological benefits of the consortium.Use social services to drive farmers to reduce production costs,obtain organizational support,enhance agricultural expertise,broaden sales channels,and increase industry chain revenue.The research and analysis concluded that the Shichang Agricultural industrialization consortium in Feidong County has problems such as unreasonable benefit distribution,imperfect management mechanism,and irregular implementation of the system,which caused the consortium to fall into development difficulties.In addition,the lack of construction land,talent supply difficulties,and construction funds Insufficient preparations and other external factors weaken the internal driving force for the development of the consortium,which in turn affects the increase in the income of farmers by the consortium,which deviates from the goal of joint development of the consortium’s management.In this regard,this article proposes five policy recommendations to improve the interest linkage mechanism,ensure the demand for construction land,increase the supporting policies of the consortium financing,strengthen the county brand building,increase the support of professional talents,and provide development guidance to regulate the internal organization and management of the consortium.
