An Factors Impact Study On The Efficiency Of Internal Control Of The Chinese Property Insurance Company

Internal control is to ensure that the company safe and efficient management of the indispensable tools and management activities. To achieve the objectives of internal control must pay a certain price. Property Insurance Company is the emerging special-financial enterprises, which face special risks policy risk, insurance risk, market risk, credit risk, operational risk, strategic risk and risk governance structure. To control these risks, in theory, require in-depth study of factors affecting the efficiency of the internal control.In this article, a systematic review on the basis of the relevant literature, a more in-depth study of the concepts of "efficiency", the internal control and risk management, combined with the characteristics of property and casualty insurance companies, thematic studies five factors internal control efficiency (internal environment, risk assessment of the impact, internal control activities, information and communication, internal supervision) and its impact on the way, and then to our property insurance companies as samples, specifically for its reality, to build a comprehensive evaluation index system of evaluation of property and casualty insurance company’s internal control efficiency of the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in building when the efficiency of the internal control evaluation index system, focusing on five factors to consider internal control, and verified with the relevant data, proposed to improve the efficiency of P&C insurance company’s internal control measures.
