My paper is based on a real project, which involves construction of a new railway transport corridor from Rui li China to Kyaukpyu on the West Coast Myanmar. This transport corridor is the construction of China-Myanmar cooperation. Once completed this channel,a shortcut to avoid the Malacca Strait sea around of the southwest border of China forms. China and ASEAN signed the "China-ASEAN Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation". Officially launched the establishment of CAFTA(CHINA-ASEN FREE TRADE AREA). Myanmar is a member of ASEAN. The Transportation Corridor line with the spirit of the agreement, Is practical measures to implement of "good-neighborly rich neighbor Ann neighbors" foreign policy, Able to vigorously promote the development of China-Myanmar economic communication and development. It is also the opportunity for Myanmar to improve the status of existing railway. And promoting and extending the Trans-Asia West line.Many issues related to the Creating of a cross-border route. This thesis concerns three main issues of the China and Myanmar Transportation Corridor. First analysis current researches then combined with the actual situation in Myanmar. Finally, after analysis concluded.One problem is that China and Myanmar transport channel clearance analysis, Conclusion is clearance goods channel recommended "a check off two" approach clearance; Construction of the port of Kyaukpyu must focus on bilateral policy and technical aspects of communication exchanges and electronic customs clearance. Franchise Agreement is the most important project of franchise.Finding out the property of franchise agreement means a lot in the future disputes resolving. Such a multinational franchise agreements of franchise projects are qualified as civil and commercial contracts means a lot to the protection of property of investors and urge the government of compliance.
