Electronic commerce in now ages has already contained a strong and steady development trend. It has played a very important role in the expansion of consumption, the motivation of commodity circulation, the optimization of the resources allocation, more rapid economic growth, promoting market prosperity, encouraging starting a business and raising the employment rate. Until December2012, the number of the internet purchasing customers was up to242,000,000. The large number of customers gives a great contribution to the huge amount of business transactions. On Nov.11th2012, Taobao created lots of trading volume, which was up to19.1billion RMB, and at the same day in2013, the number of trading was up to35billion RMB. Although there are lots of opportunities, but the competition of the E-commerce becomes more and more fierce. The Tmall, Jingdong, Suning, Guomei and the official websites of some brands are built up right now, and it has made the C2C retailers hard to get an order in this market. And the competition between the E-retailers is still very intense. The promotion strategies based on marketing are doomed to fail in current market competition if we don’t make some advance.This paper mainly discusses the E-retailers do the business in Drop-shipping model and in oversea purchasing model at zero cost. And make analyses on the differences between them, and then work out a practical strategy.The two sale models are popular because of their low investment. And It has been set up over six or seven years since the opening quotation of Huixin Shop and A shop. Huixin Shop has made poor sales achievement, but A shop has a good prospect. By analyzing the differences to find out the reasons why the goods are unmarketable, this paper points out the problems in the marketing and finally puts forward the marketing strategies appropriate for the electronic retailers.Base on the marketing theories, the theories on E-commerce marketing, this paper finds out that the marketing strategy for this project by integrating into the marketing strategies through the traditional STP and SWOT analytical method. Offer the appropriate marketing strategies according to the features and advantages of the internet retailers. The documentation study methods, on-the-spot investigation method, the data analysis method are adopted In the study. The research studies the environment and the policies which affect the income of the internet retailers, and analyses the chances and challenges brought in. Point out the problems in this marketing. For the drop-shipping model and foreign purchase, this paper puts forward a series of strategies to improve the marketing. And by the influences of recent mobile software and the changing market, it helps to find out how to make some promotion in the marketing strategies.
