Along with the constant development of market economy in our country, the competition between enterprises has developed from a pure price competition to service competition. The arrival of information age, the spread and application of information and technology is faster and faster.the technical differences between production is reducing.Because the cost of production is relatively transparent, profit space is more smaller than before.Vicious price competition not only affect the enterprise long-term development, but also hinder the sustainable development of an industry.The era of service marketing has come.Based on the theory of service marketing this paper puts forward the pre-sale service idea and perfects each link of service marketing.As for the example of the drilling machine of CCTEG&Engineering Group, the pre-sale service system is established.This paper mainly adopts literature research, theoretical research and case study. According to the actual of CCTEG&Engineering Group, and analyzing the sales management of the sales center and the organizational structure, we know what the problems are in the sales center and how to solve the problem.in the last,the paper established the necessity and realistic significance of pre-sale service system.Through analyzing of the total framework of pre-sale service system and determining the content of the system, all the content includes:the market information management, the customer resource management, the customer technical support, the Technical communication, training, the knowledge base.After perfecting the pre-sale service system,the paper presents the implementing conditions of pre-sale service system,including institutional guarantee, organization guarantee, material support, cultural support and the meaning of each part.The purpose of this article is to break the bottleneck of sales state and set up sales service as the core of the sale system.By providing customers with the biggest satisfaction, the sales center will get the best sale performance. Hope this research can offer new ideas for pre-sale service research and contribute to the application of service marketing theory.
