Inner Mongolia Mining (Group) Company Construction Financing Program Design

With the industrialization and urbanization of China, the gap between supply and demand of mineral resources is widening, which requires mining companies to enhance their operation. Belonging to the capital-intensive industry, mining companies needs capital to thrive. Appropriate financing structure will make contribution to the development of mineral resources and improvement of companies’financial conditions.On the basis of IMMH’s (Inner Mongolia Mining Co.,Ltd) reality, the major mining company in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the essay proposes the core contention to establish an ideal system of financing structure. With the research of experience domestically and globally, this essay puts forward a series of suggestions about completing financing schedule, saving financing cost, optimizing financing structure and innovating new financing methods.This essay firstly establishes the theory basis by elaborating the basic modern financing theories. In the second part, we have introduced the mode of mining development at home and abroad. Then we analyzed IMM’s mining exploitation projects and its financial condition. Finally, this essay brings forward the conceptual for the establishment of the ideal financing system of IMM, and tries to provide the company with suggestions of financing arrangement.
