The Research Of Financial Asset Management Companies And SEM Financing Problems Of SEM Specialty Business

This paper studies the special role of AMC in SME Financing. The main causes of the current SME financing difficulties are summarized through the introduction of AMC’s basic situation and the difficulty financing situation of SME in China. The characteristics of AMC providing SMEs with "one-stop" financial products are special mentioned. Detailed description of the method of operation of a typical business and real cases are used to obtain more practical information for analysis. Traditional qualitative analysis methods such as SWOT model are used for analysis the product from all angles such as external environment, internal factors, advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threatens etc. The conclusion shows that the AMC has the potential to become a breakthrough power to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs but needs more in-depth improvement. Pragmatic and feasible suggestions are presented. Hope to work out a financial product of AMC to solve the problem of SME financing.
