In order to withstand the unpredictable and uncontrollable result caused by market volatility during the operation of the business, companies must hold a certain amount of inventory, which is so important that it’s one of the necessary conditions for business activities to ensure continuous production. Proper inventory can prevent the occurrence of overstock and inventory stock, but also reduce the storage space occupied by inventory, reduce inventory management costs, improve cash flow efficiency and enhance the overall operational capability, defense market risk.With the rapid development of global market economy, information technology, the era of big data, Internet applications, network technology and other technologies means, the domestic credit card acceptance environment has been fully perfect and universal. With significantly improved income, living standards and quality of life has been greatly improved as well. Because of convenient, credit cards, which are suitable for domestic and foreign consumption using, are more and more favored, becoming one of the most popular consumer payment ways. Secondly, with the rise of Internet banking, commercial banks have been restructuring, hoping through the research and development of various Internet marketing methods and products, access to a share in the Internet age, a large number of customers in the form of Internet resources, and quickly occupied the leading position in the Internet finance.We Must ensure that sufficient inventory to meet the huge demand for credit cards selected by the customer choices and bank sales. But with the change of market environment and the transformation of consumer attitudes, credit card stock is facing unprecedented pressure. At the same time, because the Internet has large audience area, spreading fast, product explosive strength, and other characteristics, explosive growth in credit cards’ demand occurs frequently while getting customers through the internet, leading to a sharp inventory depletion, even out of stock. On the other hand, the backlog of credit cards will occur if excessive stocking, affecting the normal aging and issuing operations management.In order to solve the effects of changing market demand, further improve the inventory management ability of enterprise, improve operation management efficiency, reduce business operating costs, this paper divided into four steps to create inventory control model, and develop strategies to ensure implementation. Firstly, I comb through the enterprise’s management status, analyze problems and reasons existing in the inventory management. Secondly, I set the order lead time, reorder point, safety stock elements and other factors, classifies existing products according to the risks and costs. Thirdly, I chooses representative of each type of product, forecasts the demand, determines the order point, calculate the order quantity and the total estimated cost, in order to build an objective, scientific inventory management model. Finally, I establish implementation of the safeguards to ensure that inventory management model is more scientific and feasible, providing a stable operational support and protection for the sustainable development of enterprises.
