The fundamental goal of researching the logistics system is to reduce the total cost, because the inventory costs of goods constitute the majority in the total cost of logistics activities. Therefore, the study related to inventory control theory and methods to reduce the total cost of logistics activities has a very important meaning, which is a hot issue in the research of logistics system.In recent decades, although we have made great progress in the research of traditional inventory control theory,due to the complexity and the polytonality of environment where the inventory control system stand in , some theoretical achievements and practical applications cannot connected perfectly.Regarding demand,as the high degree of market opening,the violent wave of actual market as well as the uncertain demand of most customers,we will carry out our works under the premise of random demand. In addition,as most of researches only restricted to a single product,we will study some inventory strategies of multi-product,to make research results more close to reality.Some theories have applied in the paper:the inventory management theory of two-stay supply chain,the optimal theory. Research approaches:model analysis,data analysis ,comparative analysis. First of all,we review relevant research results at home and abroad in recent years to the supply chain inventory control and multi-product inventory under supply chain condition. Secondly,we described in detail the basic theory of supply chain and inventory control,analyzed in detail the uncertainties in supply chain from three parts:the form,sources and measures to explored the relationship between uncertainties and inventory. The main parts of the article are chapter three,chapter four,chapter five,which research the multi-product inventory strategies from price discounts , product substitutability and VMI respectively. These three aspects we selected really exist in actual sales activities,which often considered by distributors,so our researches will play a important role in actual sale activities and a good guide for distributors.
