With the rapid development of Chinese economy, there are a great deal of work to bedone, such as port and waterway construction and maintenance, inland waterway dredging,near sea industrial park construction, coastal city development and water flood desilting, etc..The enterprises engaged in the business will enjoy a wide market. On the other hand, withthe increasing growing of global economy and diversified social competition, theseenterprises are facing an uncertain market environment. Meanwhile, the enterprises have metall kinds of problems with inner management by developing rapidly for more than10years.The enterprises urgently need to identify management weakness, to break the bottleneckrestricting the development of enterprises, so as to take advantage in the competition.“Outstanding performance management model "is the forefront in the world today, proved tobe effective organizational performance management way, different from other compliancestandards with diagnostic evaluation, focusing on found that enterprises need to improve, thestrongest and most use quantitative method to evaluate the effectiveness of the managementand maturity. More and more excellent enterprise strengthen the importance and pursuingperformance of excellence management model, through participate in National QualityAward, so as to strengthen the enterprise core competitiveness.The purpose of this study is based on one of the few domestic port and waterwayconstruction enterprise implementing performance excellence management model research,attempts to make recommendations on construction enterprise management mode of practice,so as to guide more construction enterprises use performance excellence management model,to improve the whole performance of the enterprise. It has the constructional meaning forour country to improve enterprise management level. It would have the reference value andpractical significance, also will improve the practicability and feasibility of the researchresults.Based on the theoretical achievements of existing performance excellence managementmodel on the basis of collecting, sorting, analysis, and evaluation, the article firstly analyzesthe thesis research background and purpose of significance, at home and abroad on theimplementation of the performance excellence mode dynamic are introduced, and the theoryon the basis of the concept of performance management for excellence, the main framework, characteristics, core values are expounded. The article takes S enterprise as an example,analyzing S enterprises before adopting performance excellence management model ofinternal and external environment, management maturity diagnosis, implementation mode,and then the key from the seven modules of performance excellence management analysisand expounds the concrete method and contents of the construction enterprise to import theperformance excellence. On this basis, the article summarizes achievement, analyzed theinsufficiency, and puts forward Suggestions to S the continuous improvement of theenterprise, and finally reached the conclusion and research prospect: performance excellencemode will make healthy growth for the enterprise by providing a systematic methodology.But the import is a long-term process, which needs full participation, to achieve truly, truly,"landing", to effectively play the effectiveness of performance excellence, at the same timeconfirmed that the performance excellence mode not only applies to services, manufacturingand small enterprises, the pursuit of excellence of construction enterprises as well.
