The article takes S enterprise as an example,analyzing S enterprises before adopting performance excellence management model ofinternal and external environment, management maturity diagnosis, implementation mode,and then the key from the seven modules of performance excellence management analysisand expounds the concrete method and contents of the construction enterprise to import theperformance excellence.
