As the industry leader in the era of the knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises are becomingvery important force in the economical globalization time day by day. In the high-tech businessdevelopment process, a great leader will lead the company by leaps and bounds, creating a higherperformance. Thus, the leadership style and the enterprise development are inseparable. The relationsbetween leadership style and the enterprise performance always are hot spot of the research. At thesame time, the high-tech enterprises have distinguishes between traditional type enterprises oncharacteristics like innovation, risk-taking, which needs to establish the new organizational structureto adapts with it. Under this background, this article will study on high-tech enterprise distribution ofthe existing leadership type, how the leadership style and the enterprise performance relates, whatkind of type leadership style and the organizational structure be able to cause the enterprise to obtainthe competitive advantage.After having sorted out in previous leadership styles, organizational structure theoretical research,this article absorbs Buss’s transformation leadership theory, unifies our country society culturalcontext, subdivided the leadership style type, determined the leadership style2dimensions, theorganizational structure3dimensions, the enterprise performance1dimension standard questionnaire,selected enterprises of different area, different scale, different type to carry on the questionnairesurvey.After compiled the data collected, this article uses statistical method and the statisticalsoftware, carries on diagnosis analysis to the leadership style, the organizational structure, theenterprise performance relations,especially on whether the organizational structure has theintermediary function between leadership style and enterprise performance. In order to get the realitisdiagnosis result, this article introduces the company scale as adjustment variables, has understood it inthe leadership style and in the enterprise achievements relations influence function.Through research, we have thoroughly analyzed the various types of leadership styles impact onbusiness performance, confirming and organizational structure of the intermediary role between theleadership style and enterprise performance, leadership style of high-tech enterprises have a moresystematic understanding of the status quo. Combined with statistical analysis, the author tells how toimprove enterprise performance from the perspective of the size of the different companies, differentbusiness nature of the companies made specific advice as a reference for builders the role.
