More organizations adopt "team" as operation mode to enhance environmental adaptability and improve organizational resilience. Compared with the individual operation mode, applying teams can enhance organization competitiveness due to various perspectives and problem-solving approaches brought by team members, as well as the improving of decision quality and effectiveness. Thus, How to build a team and play its advantage has become a common concern for researchers and managers. And with globalization of world economy, mergers and acquisitions in both domestic and foreign enterprises, continue to, cross-regional flow of talent, teams are becoming increasingly diversified. Team diversity brings organization a diverse information and knowledge, which forms a potential competitive advantage of organization. Therefore, how to achieve knowledge sharing in the diverse teams and mine its competitive advantage has become a new research issue.Based on this background, starting from the dividing of team diversity referring to team diversity research, the study has differentiated relations-oriented and task-related team diversity, which was measured by real and perceived perspective methods, then we explore the relations of team diversity and various dimensions of knowledge sharing, meanwhile the moderating effect of team collectivism climate in the above relations was analyzed. Finally, some management practices are recommended based on research findings in order to build a harmonious diversity team.Using SPSS and AMOS and basing on97team samples, we empirically analyze the relations in team diversity, knowledge sharing and collectivism climate. The results showed that:(1) age diversity positively affect knowledge donation, knowledge collecting and sharing quality; gender diversity has a significant negative impacts on knowledge collection and sharing quality, but its impact on knowledge donate is not significant;(2) professional background diversity has a positive effect on knowledge donation, knowledge collecting and sharing quality, while the effect of educational background diversity on knowledge donation and sharing quality was significantly negative, and its effect on knowledge collection is significantly positive;(3) collectivism climate has a positive moderating effect on the relation between age diversity and the various dimensions of the\knowledge sharing, a positive moderating effect on gender diversity and knowledge collection and sharing quality, but the moderating effect is not significant between gender diversity and knowledge donation;(4) collectivism climate positively moderate the relations in professional background diversity and various dimensions knowledge sharing, educational background diversity and knowledge collecting, educational background diversity and sharing knowledge, while a non-significant moderating effect is found in educational background diversity and knowledge donation.
