Financial industry is originated in the entity economy, developing with thecontinuous development of entity economy. Its function is serving the entity economy,including financing, saving circulation costs, optimizing the allocation of resources anddispersing risks. However, with the continuous improvement of the entity economy andthe financial system, financial industry wants to separate from the entity with strongattitude to get its self-expansion and self-innovation, trying to break through thelimitation from the supervision of existing financial system in order to get their owndevelopment. In the process of financial innovation, the financial regulatory environmenthas undergone great changes, meanwhile the limitations of financial regulation continuesto be exposed, the existing financial regulatory system is facing series of new challenges,which can cause financial alienation that will bring great risks into the whole financialsystem. Financial alienation can hold back the development of the real economy, andeven lead to a global financial or economic crisis. Financial alienation changed thefinancial risks faced by the financial markets, and the financial regulatory environment,affect the effectiveness of financial regulation, so the existing financial regulatory systemmust be changed so that the finance return to serve the real economy. Although Chinesefinancial markets is not so perfect than the major Western countries and financealienation is not very obvious in our country, as the world’s second largest economy, it’san inevitable requirement for our economic development to improve the financialmarkets and strengthen financial innovation is an, and it’s also the necessary road for ourfinancial development. The study of the global financial alienation of developedeconomies has certain significance to the development of future financial innovation andfinancial supervision.
