Research On The Current Environment Of Trust Development Strategy

Ever since year2010, with the gradual tightening of funds and financial demand rising, trust of portfolio investment funds, trust of the real estate gradually rose. Vigorous development of trust industry is attracting the attention of the market. It can be said that at present China’s trust industry is a new development opportunities, we should make research of the next step of the business innovation, for those which need to be solved in development as soon as possible.The purpose of this thesis:development strategy of trust company is basing on the exterior innovation and interior management mode upgrade. So, how to implement the innovation process, how to start? How to enhance trust status commensurate with the trust of customers in the developing social economy? What caused the trust company in the disadvantaged status in the financial market of our country? It is the issue to be discussed.The research method of this paper:reference data for comparison, at the same time, by using the current law and enterprise management theory for reference, and combined with the problems daily encountered:to look into the past of trust, to summarize the current situation, and to draw the blueprint of the development of the trust business on my own views.Results:the use of permeability and the long tail theory for business innovation, combine "the economic cycle and the largest category of assets volatility" theory with the trust business, and sum up the concept of "trust", based on the trust company development strategy.Conclusion:the trust company is basing on belief of relevant stake-holders, the wealth management is the core business, adhering to the full cycle of the trust scheme and asset allocation strategy. The industry should walk along the road of brand management, and build sustainable development foundation.
