Analysis On The Growth Of The Dairy-Listed Enterprises Of China From Financial Viewpoint

With the swift and violent development of China’s economy and the general improvement of the people’s living standards,the residents’ diet structure has undergone significant changes, and per capita consumption of dairy products has continuously improved. The upstream and downstream of the dairy industry are covered by agriculture and food industry. Due to its special industrial properties, the state gives a high degree of support and encouragement to it. As a sunrise industry with a fast development, the dairy industry is still in the initial stage of the industry, and there are a lot of aspects to be improved. Meanwhile, as a representative of the dairy industry, dairy-listed enterprises have a strong and driven exemplary to the dairy industry. So it is particularly important to understand the growth of dairy-listed enterprises assess the development of China’s dairy industry.The growth, which is a quite important indicator to test the operating conditions and development prospects of the enterprises, is the soul of the enterprises. A great many factors affect the growth of dairy enterprises, including financial factors and non-financial factors. However, the non-financial factors are difficult to obtain and quantify. At the same time, they are largely reflected in the financial factors. Therefore, the article is based on financial perspective.By using the method of comparative analysis, literature review and empirical research, the article forms a relatively complete research system. Firstly, it reviews the relevant literature, and defines the enterprises’ growth. Then the article selected11financial indicators from the four broad categories of indicators of solvency, operating capacity, profitability and development capacity of the enterprise as the growth of financial evaluation system. Because of easy access to the data and strong target, the system is suitable for evaluating the growth of the dairy industry. Then, the article uses principal component analytical method to extract the main ingredients as the substitutions of original index system, and calculating composite scores and rankings for sample enterprises.The empirical results show that:the excellent and fine growth quality of Chinese dairy companies is only a small proportion, the growth of most enterprises is in general or poor performance, the overall level of growth is not high, and their growth has the obvious difference; the growth of dairy enterprises is mainly reflected in three aspects, solvency capacity, operating capacity, profitability and growth ability, the three aspects are all quite significant, if only one or two aspects is prominent, we could not regard the growth of the entreprise as an excellent one.Finally, in order to make our dairy industry healthy and benign development, the article puts forward the corresponding suggestion about the future growth of the dairy listed enterprises.
