The Problems,Causes And Countermeasures Of Fair Income Distribution In Our Country

For over30years of China’s reform and opening up policy, China’s gross national product (GNP) is increasing rapidly, urban and rural residents’living level and income level have undergone great changes. At the same time, different sectors of the income gap between urban and rural areas, between regions, between industries have been rapidly expanded, which have a huge influence on our country’s economy and society. This paper is based on the perspective of public policy and then analyzes the problems, causes and countermeasures of fair income distribution in our country.According to the problems and reasons of unfair income distribution in our country, i would like to analysis and draw lessons on income distribution policy from Japan, the northern Europe, India and Brazil countries.Then put forward four suggestions about how to reform the unfair income distribution at the present stage in China, which is base on the theory of public policy:Firstly, perfect three distribution system and related policies, which is to create a fair policy environment; Secondly, build a fair allocation of public education resources system, in order to realize the fair starting point of income distribution; Thirdly, reform the non-balanced development policy and ensure the fair development of region and industry; Fourthly, speed up the transformation of government function and create a fair and orderly competition environment.
