Research On Private-Owned Enterprise Corporate’s Diversification Strategy

Diversification is one of the important operation mode of enterprises, many domestic and foreign large enterprises are the implementation of diversification strategy. The world’s top500enterprises, more than90%of the enterprises are implementing a diversification strategy. One of the important strategy as a business expansion, diversification strategy is emphasized by enterprise or adoption in China, the implementation of diversification strategy more and more China enterprises.As a part of Chinese market economy, how to develop its own development strategy of diversified private enterprises, increase the efficiency of management, has become the focus of private entrepreneurs more and more scholars, problem. Based on the literature review, on China’s private enterprises diversification, diversification strategy and expand the required conditions are analyzed. In order to further verify our theoretical analysis, we to Fosun diversification strategy to make a case study. In this paper, Fosun as the research object, the Fosun diversification development, analyzes the Fosun diversification strategy on the whole successful reasons and the existing problems, and deeply analyze the diversification, Fosun finally to Fosun development gives suggestion.
