The late1970s, trade in services in the domestic market beganto develop. In order to expand the level of opening up the countrygradually liberalized market economy diverse forms of ownershipdevelop trade in services related to the field of regulation andencouragement. A large number of foreign enterprises to invest inservice companies set up factories in China, but they also brought alot of capital, technology and advanced management experience, and promote the adjustment of industrial structure, the servicetrade competitiveness has been improved. By2011, China’s importand export trade in services amounted to$419.1billion, of whichthe total services exports as fourth in the world, total import tradein services for the world’s third largest trading nation, China hasbecome the world’s service. Therefore, the study ofmarket opening has a strong theoretical and practical significanceof the impact of China’s service trade competitiveness on.In theory, the paper analyzes the market situation were openand competitive development of trade in services, factors andassociated mechanisms, and draw empirical theory Pottercompetitive analysis services trade competitiveness, will bedivided into factors of production factors, demand and openness, specifically service employment growth rate, the annual growthrate of fixed assets, services, labor productivity growth rate, levelof urbanization, dependence on trade in services, foreign directinvestment accounted for, import and export services accounted formore than factor. This article attempts to answer the open marketthrough the empirical trade in services and more competitive withmuch influence? Finally, combining theoretical and empiricalanalysis of openness and service trade market, market opennessand competitiveness of China’s service trade development andsummarize problems, suggestions.Through theoretical analysis and empirical regression, thefollowing conclusions:(1) In theory, employment and labor productivity can contribute to improving the competitiveness oftrade in services, but because of China’s labor quality is not high, the lack of technological innovation talent, human potential capitalcan not be fully realized.(2) fixed asset investment and foreigndirect investment to promote the development of trade in services, trade in services, but the simple pursuit of scale, relatively lowenergy of outdated equipment, combined with the introduction ofcapital can not be digested and absorbed quickly transformed theadvanced productive forces, capital financing difficultiesrestricted the development of service enterprises.(3) thecombined effect of urbanization can bring, reduce service costsand increased consumer demand for trade, but China’s urbanizationbuilt mostly dominated government policy, it is difficult to pullservice trade development.(4) promote market liberalization oftrade in services can be competitive, he can through technologyspillovers, industrial restructuring, market mechanisms andinternational trade services of other factors. This shows that thereason why China’s service trade has grown rapidly, mostimportantly, efforts to strengthen the cause of China’s opening up.
