The Research On The Financial Support System Under The Guidance Of The New Urbanization

Our country is currently in the pursuit of positive and steadily promoting theurbanization, emphasis on improving the quality of urbanization. The "big eighteen" reporttake the new urbanization construction as the development strategy of China in the nextstep. China will put the concept of ecological civilization and the principle of fullintegration into the whole process of urbanization, taking the road of new styleurbanization intensive, intelligent, green, low carbon. In the new urbanization way, smalltowns and rural areas should achieve a balanced development, and take a road of integrateddevelopment. There is not only the need of increasing the income of farmers, achieve thedevelopment of agricultural modernization, but also the need of reform and innovation torelated system, steadily promote the development of urbanization, more need of improvingthe medium-sized and large city functions, enhance the city infrastructure, publicservices and resources, etc. Obviously, only by national finance cannot compensate forurbanization funding gap, necessary financial intervention, financial intervention isEssential.This paper start from the theory analysis, and summarize the theoretical basis of thetheory of financial development, rural financial theory and financial system construction,and reveal theoretically the financial role in promoting urbanization, which providestheoretical basis for the following parts. This paper summarized the advanced experienceof financial support for the urbanization construction, provides the important reference forthe path of financial support in china. Then making depiction on the problem ofwidespread financial development in China in the process of urbanization，and thefinancial resource allocation imbalance between urban and rural areas, unreasonablefinancial structure, and the lacking of the docking platform between urban and ruralfinancial market. In addition, this paper gives detailed analysis on its internal cause. Onthis basis, it points out that China is in urgent need of an efficient financial system tosupport the development of urbanization. In the whole idea of new urbanization, we shouldpush on the positive reform and innovation of the financial system through the drivenpower of urban and rural integration, to play the largest role in the urbanization process. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, it structured the system offinancial support for the new urbanization in China, and put forward some suggestions onthe development of it.
