Generally speaking, the development of urbanization and industrialization hasclose relevance. The early development of Urbanization, industrialization often is thedirect impetus of urbanization development. When the level of urbanizationdevelopment to a certain level, the service industry will replace the industry andbecome the subsequent power of urbanization development. There is interactiverelation between the development of urbanization and the service industry, serviceindustry in promoting the development of urbanization and the level of urbanization,in turn, will also be an important factor in promoting the development of serviceindustry. Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization of Shandong province andthe development level of the service sector increased steadily, but the ShandongProvince as a big economic province, compared with other areas, the urbanization andservice industry development level is relatively low, restricting the adjustment of theeconomic structure of Shandong province and the rapid development of economy.The current development of Shandong urbanization and service industry has becomethe focus of attention.The object of study in this paper is the service industry of Shandong provinceand the level of urbanization, combined with the development situation of Shandongurbanization and service industry. Studying the interaction of the urbanization ofShandong province and the service industry. Through the analysis we draw thefollowing conclusion: correlation of the urbanization development of Shandong andthe three industries from high to low is the second industry, the third industry (serviceindustry), the first industry. At present stage service industry on urbanization impetusis weaker than the second industry, the second industry is still the main drivingforce of urbanization in Shandong Province. Second, the Shandong provinceurbanization and service industry within the four levels of correlation degree fromhigh to low is the first level, second level, fourth level, third level.
