Research On The Evaluation Of The Coordinated Development Level Between High Technology Industry And Productive Service Industry Based On The Improved Grey Relation Model

With the constantly development of the technology and science, the contribution of high technology industry and productive service industry on the economy gets bigger and bigger. Because of providing intellectual support for the high technology industry, productive service industry can promote the development of the high technology industry. With the intellectual properties, productive service industry will constantly apply the knowledge capital and high technology talent capital to each link of the production, and the high technology industry will development efficiently by using specialized financing services, marketing services, technical services. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to be solved that how to research on the coordinated development relation between high technology industry and productive service industry and how to take effective measures to promote the interactive development.This paper introduced several common calculation methods about grey correlation degree, then it used AHP-entropy method to determine the weight of each index and improved the grey correlation model on this basis, and it verified the normalization and isotonicity of the improved grey correlation model in the end. Then, taking Anhui Province as an example, the paper calculated the coordinated development level between productive service industry and high technology industry as well as each subdivision industry of the high technology industry among 2002-2013 year and described the coordinative development level objectively. The results showed that the coordinated development level between the productive service industry and aerospace equipment manufacturing as well as the computer and office equipment manufacturing between 0.4-0.5, which belongs to the type of disorder. Finally, based on the measurement results, this paper put forward several countermeasures and proposals which is in favor of promoting the coordinated development between high technology industry and productive service industry.
