As the rapid development of information technology,it has related to people’s work and everyday life closely.Because of the Internet is not restricted by geographical and time,it makes a lot of difficults easier when do it online,and many Internet uers have formed the habit of shopping online. According to data released by the China Internet network information center, as of December2013, there is618million Internet users in China, including the size of the crowd of500million to access the Internet by mobile phone. In2013, China’s online shopping deals reached1.85trillion yuan, including650billion yuan of B2C transactions.In the face of the new market environment, the Chinese Time-honored Brand Enterprise are in constant exploration and change, try to use the Internet to develop themselves, to adapt to the change of consumer demand for the better, to enhance their competitiveness. Part of them started to network marketing, after continuous efforts, have obtained the good effect. If the Chinese Time-honored Brand Enterprise still stick to convention,they will be difficult to cope with young enterprise.
