Along with the rapid update of internet technology and the diversified development of internet communication channels, China has entered the stage of internet communication. Internet communication had an important impact on the various areas of people’s social life especially the massive consequences on social economic. The internet communication such as internet marketing, commerce and internet communication of enterprise provide new opportunities for enterprise. In the case of China Time-honored Brand enterprise, the traditional communication of enterprise which takes word-of-mouth communication with the main part has no longer perfectly well adapted to current communication environment. The internet communication has provided new chances and challenges for China Time-honored Brand enterprise. How to set up China Time-honored Brand enterprises’ images by internet communication in a positive way; how to transmit the cultural connotations and historical traditions of China Time-honored Brand enterprise correctly; how to make the customers step closer to understanding China Time-honored Brand enterprise and make China Time-honored Brand enterprises develop in a healthy way have became the headlines in most experts and scholars’ attention. Based on its historical and special commercial characteristic, the internet communication of China Time-honored Brand enterprise will encounter many problems and challenges. Many China Time-honored Brand enterprises in Liaoning province are badly running because of the poor management, the restriction of regional culture and environment, and also the impact of market conditions. The internet communication has provided an active exploration direction for China Time-honored Brand enterprises’ revitalization. Based on the relevant theories of communication science, combine with the characteristics of China Time-honored Brand enterprise and internet communication to analyze internet communication’s practical significance and feasibility impact on China Time-honored Brand enterprise. Focusing on finding the strategies on building and improving its internet communication. Based on the current internet communication technology and take 34 China Time-honored Brand enterprises in Liaoning province as study subjects, finding out the panorama and problems. Finally propose relevant strategies by using 5W in internet communication. Further research found that there are some problems existing in the internet communication of China Time-honored Brand enterprises in Liaoning province. Such as lacking of internet communication consciousness, the single channel of communication, lacking of culture factors in communication contents, lowly interaction with audience, unfavorable communication effect and so on. To improve the mangers’ internet communication consciousness, to build a whole internet communication consciousness system of China Time-honored Brand enterprises in Liaoning province, to rich the communication channels and contents and to build a complete communication interaction system. These are the critical ways to solve problems.
