In recent years, There is a gap between the regional economic development in ourcountry.The uncoordinated trend of economic development becomes more and moreobvious. The negative impact from that regional economic development gap that causedby the long-term continue to expand the reality and potential should not be ignored.Thefact that the bigger difference of actual purchasing power of currency between regionaland regional has became more and more highlights.My article attempts to analysis theactual comprehensive economic strength gap among each region in our country.Throughthe study of China’s regional currencies such as the utility revealed that the samemonetary gap exists between the utility in different regions.Embodied in that, differentparts of the same GDP value contribution for the whole country’s economicdevelopment are different, national investment the same funds to different places, theeffect is not the sample.This study solves the same purchasing power parity (PPP)method in the domestic various provinces as well, compared to measure betweenapplications, to explore how to make money, such as the measure of utility measure andthe comparison between provinces and regions, perfect the regional comparativeanalysis method in national economic statistics.Firstly,putting forward the concept and method of measurement with the monetaryequivalent according to the theory of purchasing power parity.Then using measure ofthe monetary equivalent to calculate the actual comprehensive economic strength gapamong different regions in China.Finally, analysis the real situation of thecomprehensive economic strength of our country.The research result of my article is that,domestic regional comprehensive economicactual strength disparity estimation inaccurate, appear overvalued and undervaluedphenomenon, misled the relevant policy guidance.Using utility measure such ascurrency, to find out our country social and economic development level of the real gapbetween regions to provide more accurate data.Through factor analysis, thedevelopment level and development speed as an important index of measuring theregional comprehensive economic strength.Through cluster analysis, the domesticregional economic development between developed areas can be divided into threeclasses of more developed regions, economic and economic development area.Through the theory and method of the measure of the equal utility of currency, we findout the domestic economy’s actual differences between the various provinces, and the relationship between the monetary difference, at the same time, also accuratelyunderstand the real economic gap between the domestic various regions. The researchthat provides accurate supportive data for the economic development of differentregions.The research result of my article also provides scientific data for our country tobalance development of regional economies,which is conducive to the macroeconomiccontrolling and police making of our country.
