Faced with this situation, our macroeconomicsadministration department ensures the economic growth through enhancing the construction ofinfrastructure, among which the investment in the real estate market has made an obvious impact. Inaddition, the promotion of new-rural construction and urbanization put forward by centralgovernment will to a certain degree ensures the booming development of the real estate market in aperiod in the future.However, the current economic situation is not optimistic,and our country’s macroscopicmanagement department has increased the degree of regulation and control of real estate industry,which makes the financing situation of real estate enterprises become more and more severe. Underthis background, it is very important to discuss the relationship between debt financing andperformance of real estate enterprises, and the main purpose of this thesis is to explain therelationship on the basis of real evidence analysis, which may provide theoretical support andadvice to our country’s real estate industry.
