"The strategy of going out" implemented over a decade, the scale and level ofinternational operations of domestic enterprises have achieved remarkable success. Incontrast, the process of internationalization of Shanxi enterprises is more slow, especiallyas the economic pillar of coal enterprises in Shanxi, spatial development focused to thecountry and the province. With the development of the global coal industry suffered a"winter", the overall downturn in the coal market, the development of the coal industrysuffered heavy losses, the coal enterprises go into the transition period of adjustment. Toaccelerate the country "go out" strategy implementation and Shanxi "transformation andleap forward development" as an opportunity to Shanxi Coal companies are facing newchoices. International business is an effective approach to development.For international business research, many scholars have made great achievements,which further in-depth study of Shanxi Coal International Business Operations has greattheoretical reference. But the theory of Shanxi Coal International Business manage, isrelatively scarce, limiting the study to deepen. This paper aims to providing a theoreticalreference for Shanxi Coal International Business Operations.In this paper, Shanxi Coal International Business Operations background as astarting point, a comprehensive understanding of the status of operations and businessmotivation, the analysis of coal enterprises in Shanxi constraints of internationaloperations, combined with a typical coal region and business experience, to speed up theinternational business strategy measures of the coal enterprises in Shanxi. Considered instrategy formulation, on one hand, make a reasonable choice of investment region,industry, mode of entry, prominent business advantage, optimize global distribution; onthe other hand, strengthen market development capabilities, sense of participation,research and development, personnel training, maximize their business potential providesupport for international operations.
